某高校学生和教职工对药物不良反应的认知度调查

目的了解北京高校学生及教职工对药物不良反应的认知度。方法以2006年3～10月参加健康体检的学生和教职工为调查对象,采用统一的自填式问卷对药物不良反应的认识情况进行调查。结果4980份有效答卷中对药物不良反应的知晓率为98.2%,知识获得途径主要来源于医务人员(占32.89%),不认为每种药物都会发生不良反应者占67.72%;就诊时不主动告知医生过敏史者占34.48%;出现不良反应后继续用药及自行换药者中学生比例最高,分别占78.95%和57.52%。结论高校学生和教职工对药物不良反应的认知率较高,但存在一些问题,应加强用药知识的宣传。

Cognition of Students and Staff on Untoward Effect of Pharmaceuticals in College

Objective To investigate the cognition of the untoward effect of pharmaceuticals among students and staff members in universities in Beijing.Methods Unified questionnaire Surveys were conducted on the untoward effect of pharmaceuticals among students and staff members in universities in Beijing,who received regular health examination in our hospital from March 2006 to October 2006 and answered independently.Results Some 98.2 percent of the 4980 people who filled the questionnaires were aware of the untoward effect of pharmaceuticals.32.89 percent knew it from the medical practitioners,accounting for the biggest proportion.The people who had misunderstandings and inappropriate attitudes toward this problem accounted for 67.72% and 34.48% respectively.Some 78.95 percent of the students continued the same medicine after the side-effect occurred and 57.52 percent of them change the medicine by themselves after experienced the side-effect.Conclusion The cognitive rate of the untoward effect of pharmaceuticals among the students and staff in college is higher,however,there is still some problems.The popularization of medicinal administration knowledge should be enhanced.
