铸造桩钉嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的临床观察

目的 探讨桩钉嵌体冠修复的适应证、牙体预备、制作方法，观察短冠磨牙的桩钉嵌体冠修复的固位效果。方法 对30例患者32颗经完善根管治疗的龋损短冠磨牙行桩钉嵌体冠修复，随访观察5个月～1年6个月。结果 32颗经修复的磨牙，无1例脱落失败，达到了良好的固位、功能使用良好。结论 桩钉嵌体冠能较好地解决短冠磨牙的固位问题。

Clinical Observation on the Operating of the Short Crown Molar by the Inlay Crowe Howe

Objective To investigate the adaption of the operation by the Inlay Crown Howe, tooth prepare ,manufactive methods, and to survey the retentive effect of the short crown melars by the Inlay Crown Howe. Methods To operate 32 decaying short crown molars of 30 patients which had been cured by sounding root canal therapy by the Inlay Crown Howe and follow the survey of the results for 1 and a half year (18 months). Results None of the 32 molars that being operated had dropped or failed.Furthermore,all attained fine retention and well applying function. Conclusions The Inlay Crown Howe can fairly solve the trouble of the short crown molars retention.
