肾综合征出血热患者VWF和GMP-140水平临床观察

目的 探讨肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）患者抗血管性假血友病因子（ＶＷＦ），血小板α－颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ－１４０）在ＨＦＲＳ各病期中的动态变化以及在止血，血小板活化中的意义。方法 应用酶标免疫技术（ＥＬＩＳＡ）对３６例ＨＦＲＳ患者血浆中ＶＷＦ，ＧＭＰ－１４０进行动态检测，并与２４例正常组对照。结果 ＶＷＦ、ＧＭＰ－１４０值在发热期下降，少尿期达到高峰，轻型至危重型逐渐递增。ＶＷＦ与ＧＭＰ－１４０之间各

The clinical study of VWF and GMP-140 bloood plasma levels in patients with HFRS

Objective:To study the dynamic changes of VWF and GMP-140 blood plasma levels in different phases of disease and their significance of suppressing bleeding and activizing Platelet in patients with Hemorragic Fever with Renal Syndrome(HFRS).Methods:VWF and GMP-140 blood plasma levels were detected by ELISA dynamically in 36 patients with HFRS and compared with those of 24 normal cases.Results:VWF and GMP-140 blood plasma levels,which rose gradually from mild cases to fulminant cases decreased in febrile phase and reached its climax in oliguria phase.There was negative relationship between GMP-140 level was not related to GMP-140 level(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic changes of VWF and GMP-140 serum levels may reflect the prognosis of disease and severity of the capillary pathological process of HFRS.VWF,aid-factor of platelet adhesion,played a key role in suppressing in initiative stage of HFRS.Decrease of platelet could stimulate body to accelerate the activity of platelet for effective compensation.
