全角膜带板层巩膜瓣手术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔

本文报告了全角膜带板层巩膜瓣移植术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔10例疗效分析。平均随访5年最长6年,最短4年。10例均控制了感染保全了眼球。其中6例视力有不同程度提高。4例裸眼视力达0.06以上,其中2例最佳视力达0.4。植片透明2例,半透明4例,4例混浊。该手术的优点是:病灶清除彻底,恢复眼球的正常结构,部分病例能部分恢复视功能。

Transplantation of the Whole Cornea with Lamellar Scleral Ring on Corneal Ulcer with Perforation

This article reports on 10 cases of theurapeutic effective analysis of transplantation of the whole cornea with lamellar scleral ring with cases of corneal ulcer with perforation. The follow-up averages 5 years, at longest 6 years and shortest 4 years. All these 10 cases have controlled the infections and preserved the eyeballs. Six caese have improved visual acuity in varying degrees (visual acuity of more than 0. 06 in 4 cases; 2 of them had better visual acuity at 0. 4). The implants were transparent in 2cases, translucent in 4 cases. complete opacity in 4caese. The advantages of this opacity in 4 cases The advantages of this operation are: the focus of infection was removed entirely, a normally constracted eyeball was attained and renewed function of the eye was achieved in some cases.
