前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎结核

目的总结前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗脊柱结核的临床效果。方法对12例脊柱结核患者采用一期病灶清除结合植骨内固定,手术前后配合正规化疗,根据X线片观察脊柱融合时间和脊柱后凸角度变化。结果随访时间8~45个月,全部病例未出现严重并发症。植骨界面骨性融合时间4.5~8个月。后凸矫正度数为7°~18°。结论一期病灶清除植骨内固定治疗脊柱结核,骨结构重建可靠,治疗过程相对简化,效果肯定。

Anterior radical debridement with autograft bone fusion and internal fixation in treating of thoracic and lumbar spine tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of anterior radical debridement with autograft bone fusion and internal fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine tuberculosis.Methods 12 patients with thoracic and lumbar spine tuberculosis were treated by antenior radical debridement combined with autograft bone fusion and internal fixation.Regular anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy were given pre-and post-operatively.The spinal bone fusion and kyphosis deformity changes were evaluated through X-ray examination.Results There was no severe complication in all cases.The follow-up period was 8 to 45 months.Bony fusion was found in 4.5~8 months.The angle correction of kyphosis was 7~18 degrees.Conclusions The results of anterior radical debridement with autograft bone fusion and internal fixation to treat thoracic and lumbar spine tuberculosis is satisfied,which possess the advantages of simplifying the process of surgery and reliability of the reconstruction of spinal bone structure.
