湖北省阑尾炎患者就诊的流向分析

目的：了解阑尾炎患者就诊的流向，从乡镇卫生院服务能力角度分析基层常见疾病流向存在的问题。方法：随机选取湖北省6个县（市）2008—2011年的阑尾炎患者，对疾病流向及该病的医疗费用、县（市）内所拥有的乡镇卫生院的基本情况进行分析。结果：6个县（市）大多数乡镇卫生院有能力提供阑尾炎的治疗，但乡镇卫生院阑尾炎患者例数平均降低12．3％，县级及县级以上医疗机构阑尾炎例数呈现增长趋势，县级医院平均增长17．7％，市级医院增长34．4％，省级医院增长4．9％，呈现不合理的疾病流向。结论：阑尾炎等常见疾病如能合理地流向乡镇卫生院，可以有效缓解“看病难、看病贵”的社会问题。

Analysis of the Flow Direction of Appendicitis Patients in Hubei Province

Objective：To understand the flow direction of appendicitis patients and analysis the existing problems that appeared in the com- mon diseases from the perspectives of the service ability of the township hospital. Methods：Randomly select the six counties （cities） from 2008 to 2011 the flow of appendicitis disease, the medical costs of the disease and the basic situation of township hospitals. Results： Most township hospital in six counties have the ability to provide the treatment of appendicitis disease, but the average proportion of the appendicitis visits township hospital is declined by 12.3% , while the number of cases of appendicitis disease in the county and at or above the county level medical institutions are on the increase, the county hospital grew 17.7% on average, the city hospital rose 34.4%, and the province hospital increased by 4. 9% , and it presents a unreasonable flow. Conclusion：If appendicitis and other common diseases can realize reasonable distribution, these will alleviate the social problem of medical treatment is difficuh and expensive.
