虫类中药溻渍结合生肌玉红膏涂药治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效观察

目的观察虫类中药溻渍结合生肌玉红膏涂药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法将40例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗和护理方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用虫类中药溻渍和生肌玉红膏涂药,每日1次,两组均以1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后,根据观察记录的健康肉芽首次出现时间(GT)和溃疡面愈合时间(HT)对疗效进行判定和记录。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为90%,对照组为65%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后不同程度的GT、HT比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论虫类中药溻渍结合生肌玉红膏涂药治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效明显,充分体现了中医药"简、便、验、廉"的特点,值得临床推广。

Efficacy Observation of Diabetic Foot Ulcer Treated with Wet Compressing of Insect Chinese Medicine and Shengji Yuhong Ointement

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic foot ulcer treated with wet com-pressing of insect Chinese medicine and Shengji Yuhong Ointment.Methods Forty cases of diabetic foot ul-cer were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,20 cases in each one.In the control group, the conventional treatment and nursing method were used.In the treatment group,on the basic treatment as the control group,the wet compressing of insect Chinese medicine and Shengji Yuhong Ointment were supple-mented,once every day.The treatment of 1 month made one session in the two groups.Two sessions later,the time of the first healthy granulation and the time of wound healing were observed and recorded so as to judge the efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and was 65% in the control group after treatment.The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.The differences in GT and HT after treatment were differ-ent significantly between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The wet compressing of insect Chinese medicine and Shengji Yuhong Ointment achieves the obvious effect on diabetic foot ulcer,fully characterized as simple application,good effect and low cost of Chinese medicine.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promo-ted.
