针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的观察针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将128例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组64例采用针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射的方法治疗,对照组64例采用常规口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,两组按规定疗程治疗后进行疗效评定。结果参照Lysholm评分标准,治疗组平均为（77.24±10.43）分,有效率96.3%。对照组平均为（68.42±9.31）分,有效率89.1%。经统计软件分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论与常规方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎相比,针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗能较好地改善患者的生理功能,在缓解疼痛,恢复膝关节功能等方面具有较大优势。

Efficacy Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate therapy on knee osteoarthrtyritis（ KOA）. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,of which 64 patients were treated acupuncture and sodium hyaluronate,and the other 64 patients with kneeosteoarthritis,the control group,were treated with routine oral glucosamine capsules. The clinical efficacy after the required period of treatment in the two groups were evaluated. Results Refered to Lysholm scores,the average score in the treatment group was（ 77. 24 ± 10. 43）,and the effective rate was 96. 3 %. The average score in the control group scores was（ 68. 42 ± 9. 31）,and the effective rate was 89. 1 %,which were significantly better in the treatment group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Compared with the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with conventional oral and externally applied agent,the therapy of acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve KOA patients＇ physiological function and has a greater advantage in alleviating the pain and restoring function.
