河南省两市农村0-5岁婴幼儿感染志贺氏菌的药物敏感性对比研究

目的　了解我省由两个不同社区 5岁以下婴幼儿细菌性痢疾患儿检出痢疾菌的耐药情况 ,探索相同血清型菌株耐药模式与病例间的流行病学关联。方法　美国疾病预防控制中心和WHO非洲区合作编写的“痢疾和霍乱流行的实验室诊断方法”中介绍的琼脂平板扩散法和美国临床实验室标准委员会推荐标准。结果　两市痢疾菌株的耐药率除萘啶酸外 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它 6种抗生素耐药率均无显著性差异 (均P >0 .0 5 )。结论　不同社区相同血清型的痢疾菌株除宋内氏菌外 ,均具有两种以上的耐药模式。耐药模式可以弥补单依血清型探索病例间的流行病学关联之不足。

A Comparison study on Antimicrobial susceptibility of shigella isolates from infant at different community in Henan province

Objective:To find antibiotic resistance of Shigella strains isolated from patients of 0-5 years ald at two communities in Henan province.searching after epidemiologic Correlations between strains with same serotype on antibiotic resistance model and patient.Methods: agar disk diffusion method described by‘Laboratory Methods forthe Diagnosis of Epidemic Dysentery and Cholera’published by CDC Of USA and WHO for Africa,and guidelines developed by Natioual Committee forclinicul laboratory.Results: NO significance of difference between the antibiotic resistance rate of Shigella isolates of two cities but Nalidixic Acid.Conclusion:Excepting shigella sonnei,the others isolates with same serotype in different community show over two antiblotic resistance models.The models maybe counterbalance scarcity that searching after epidemiologic correlations depend on serotype of shigella among patients.
