川芎嗪治疗老年消化性溃疡

目的：观察川芎嗪治疗老年消化性溃疡的疗效和机制。方法；将70例老年消化性溃疡患者随机分成川芎嗪治疗组（35例）和对照组（35例）。对照组口服硫糖铝1．0g每13三次，奥美拉唑20rag每日二次，川芎嗪组在对照组药物的基础上，加用川芎嗪注射液160mg静脉点滴每日一次。两组均治疗四周，观察胃镜及临床疗效，并在治疗前后测血浆丙二醛（MDA）及红细胞膜超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及血流变学指标。结果腹痛缓解率川芎嗪组为100％，对照组95％。溃疡愈合率和幽门螺杆菌（HP）转阴率分别为97．1％和86．9％，及82.8％和45．5％，两组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）同时，MDA降低，而SOD明显提高，治疗前后及两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01和P〈0．05）同时治疗组血粘滞度下降。结论：川芎嗪能明显提高老年性消化性溃疡的愈合率。

Clinical Study of Ligustrazine on Peptic Ulcer in Senile Persons

objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Ligustrazine on peptic ulcer of senile persons.methodsSeventy senile patients with peptic ulcer were randomly allocated into two gToups：Ligustrazine group （35cases） and control group （35cases）.Control group was given Ulcerminsheet and Omeprazole in treatment for 4 weeks.Ligastrazine group adds Ligustrazine 160mg, iv,gtt.qd for 4 weeks base on above-mentioned treatment to observe the therapeutic effect of treatment on ulcer ache. Besides the plasmic levels of lipid peroxide （MDA） superoxide dismutase （SOD）and blood viscosity were determined before and after treatment.Results Symptom remission rate：the Ligustrazine group was 100% and the control group was 95% .The ulcer healing rate and clearance rate of Helicobacter Pylori （HP） in Ligustrazine group was respectively 97.1% and 86.9% compared with 82.9% and 45.5% of control group.There was a significant differ- ence in both groups（p 〈 0.05）Moreover, MDA was lower and SOD was higher. The difference between groups and between before and after treatment was significant （p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01）The value of hemorrheology was obviously improved, But those in control group were not changed. Conclusion：Ligustrzine can evidently increase the ulcer healing rate.
