| 摘 要： | 本文报道３２例经证实的肝脏海绵状血管瘤，行肝动脉插管，用碘化油，明胶海绵进行肿瘤栓塞治疗。可见肿瘤内碘油沉积，达到肿瘤血管闭塞，瘤体缩小，纤维化的目的。并对其治疗机理和疗效、Ｘ线征象和瘤体纤维化的关系进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Hepatic cavernous hemangioma of 32 cases had been undergone embolization by transfemorel catheterization with lipiodol emulision and lipiodol-gelfoam particles.All of the patients showed Lipiodol accumulation and fibrosis in tumor sites and the feeding arteries were blocked,with diminution in size of the masses.The relationships between image features and tumor fibrosis were dis cussed. |
