益智提取物的制备工艺及质量控制方法研究

摘    要:目的考察益智提取物的制备工艺,建立其提取物的质量控制方法。方法采用先提取挥发油再将残渣进行水提的方法获得益智提取物;建立气相色谱和高效液相色谱控制其提取物质量的方法。结果以超临界CO2流体萃取益智挥发油,然后将药渣加5倍量水煎煮6h再过滤、浓缩得益智水提物。结论采用气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法可以对益智挥发油及其水提物进行质量控制,为更深入的研究益智提取物打下了基础。

Abstract:Objective To explore the technology in preparation of Alpiniae oxyphyllae fructus extracts for establishment of quality control methods. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction and its residue was extracted by water decoction for making water extract.
