高中生自我效能、应对方式与心理健康的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨高中生自我效能、应对方式和心理健康特点及其三者之间的关系.方法 以186名高中生作为研究对象.研究中选择具有较好信、效度的自我效能量表、应对方式问卷和症状自评量表共3份测验量表分别作为评定高中生自我效能、应对方式和心理健康水平的工具.结果 ①在自我效能、应对方式因子和心理健康水平上不同性别之间存在显著差异,男生在自我效能、采用解决问题的应对方式和心理健康水平方面要显著高于女生;女生在采用退避和合理化应对方式方面要显著多于男生;②被调查高中生组与1992年全国高中生常模的比较表明,高中生心理健康水平呈下降的趋势;③多元逐步回归分析显示自责、幻想、求助、退避的应对方式和自我效能对心理健康有一定的预测作用.结论 自我效能和应对方式对心理健康的影响是显著的,高中生心理健康教育应当重视和培养高中生的自我效能与积极的应对方式.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship among self-efficacy, coping style and mental health of high school students. Methods We chose three scales including GSES, CSQ and SCL-90 to assess self-efficacy, coping style and mental health for 186 high school students. Results There was significant gender difference among self-efficacy, coping style and mental health. There was more effect on mental health in self-efficacy, coping style of self-reproach, fantasy coping style, coping style of asking for help coping style, avoiding coping style. Conclusion Self-efficacy and coping style have obvious influence on mental health. We should emphasize and educate self-efficacy and positive coping style in mental health education of high school students.
