| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p21ras、p73在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化SP法在15例正常增生期子宫内膜、19例子宫内膜非典型增生及61例子宫内膜腺癌组织中检测p21ras、p73的表达情况。结果随着子宫内膜病变的恶性进展,p21ras和p73的阳性表达率上调,且两者在子宫内膜腺癌中表达的相关性呈正相关(P<0.01)。p21ras和p73表达与子宫内膜腺癌病理学分级有关(P<0.05),与子宫内膜腺癌的临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移无关。结论 p21ras、p73与子宫内膜腺癌的发生和发展有关,且两者存在协同作用。联合检测p21ras、p73的表达可能成为子宫内膜腺癌高危人群早期筛查、病理诊断的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of p21ras and p73 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance.
