| Abstract: | A 25-year-old man presented with low back pain and fever. After an initial delay, a diagnosis of tuberculosis of left sacroiliac joint was established by fine-needle aspiration of the joint. Awareness of extrapulmonary manifestations of tuberculosis and high index of suspicion will facilitate early diagnosis and treatment. |
