糖尿病中医结构化住院病历信息采集系统构建与应用

本文叙述了糖尿病中医结构化病历总体设计要点、功能特点和应用前景。本研究构建的结构化糖尿病临床信息采集系统,不但能满足临床记录病历处理要求,而且由于其结构化特性和较为广泛的覆盖面,为积累科研用原始数据打下了坚实的基础,为促进中医药对重大疾病的防治、为国家相关部门制定决策提供了客观依据。

Structurized Traditional Chinese Medicine Diabetes In-patent Record Information Collection System Buildup and Applications

This article introduces the design,functions,applications and prospects of structurized Chinese traditional medicine in-patent record system in diabetes treatment. The structurized diabetes clinical information collection system built-up in this study will not only meet the needs of clinical history recording,but due to its structurized characteristic and wide coverage,it also will lie a solid foundation for accumulating the original data in research. And even more the system will promote development of Chinese traditional medicine in disease prevention and treatment and provide the objective evidence to the government for police making.
