| 摘 要： | 为降低剖宫产孕妇留置导尿管的重插率，对尿管插入长度进行了观察。将８５例剖宫产孕妇随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组尿管插入长度为８ｃｍ～１０ｃｍ，对照组为４ｃｍ～６ｃｍ。结果显示：实验组重插率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | To approach the length of indwelling catheter in pregnant women with cesarean section(CS),and to lower down reintubation rate,85 cases pregnant women with CS were divided into test group and control group.The length of catheter intubated in test group was 8 cm10 cm.And in control group it was 4 cm6 cm.Results showed that the reintubation rate in test group marked lowered than that in control group ( P <0.01). |
