微波照射对正畸牙远中移动速度的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的利用动物实验模型,研究微波照射对兔牙远中移动速度及牙周膜作用的影响。方法选取30只大白兔,分为6组,分别拔除上颌第3前磨牙,实验组动物右侧上颌第1磨牙区照射微波,左侧不照射为实验对照组。观察牙齿移动距离和组织学变化。结果实验发现照射侧牙齿移动速度明显大于对照侧。照射侧血管化反应明显,牙周膜排列有方向,骨生成较多,对照侧牙周膜排列紊乱,以潜行性骨吸收为主。结论微波照射可以有效加速正畸牙齿的移动速度,促进牙槽骨改建。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of microwave on tooth movement and the periodoned memborane in rabbits.Methods Thirty white rabbits were used in the experiment.Maxillary third premolars were extracted.The right maxillary first molars were irradiated by microwave,and the left ones were not irradiated.Results The results showsed that the tooth movement distance of the irradiated side was larger than that of the other side,and that the vascularization reaction of the irradiated side was more obvious.There were more osteoblast cells and bone tissues.Conclusion Microwave irradiation can increase the speed of orthodontic tooth movement and periodontal tissue changrs,as well as the remodeling of alveolar bone.
