锥颅免冲洗单纯引流术与传统钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨锥颅免冲洗单纯引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的疗效,并与传统钻孔引流术进行疗效对比分析。方法将109例慢性硬膜下血肿患者随机分为治疗组54例和对照组55例,治疗组行锥颅免冲洗单纯引流术,对照组行传统钻孔引流术,治疗结束后比较两组临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果治疗组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为98.1%和87.3%,术后并发症的发生率为3.7%和10.9%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论锥颅免冲洗单纯引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效佳,并发症少,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of skull rinse-free washing with simple drainage and compared with the curative effect of traditional hole drainage in treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods A total of 109 cases of chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into trial group(n=54) and control group(n=55),patints in trial group were treated with skull rinse-free washing with simple drainage and patients in control group underwent conventional drilling drainage,and their clinical efficacy and complications were compared.Results The total effective rates in trial group and control group were 98.1% and 87.3% respectively,and the rates of complications were 3.7% and 10.9% respectively,and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of skull rinse-free washing with simple drainage in treatment of chronic subdural hematoma is good with few complications,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
