经皮穿刺颈椎间盘摘除术的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨经皮穿刺颈椎间盘摘除术的临床疗效及价值。方法回顾性分析78例颈椎间盘突出患者在C臂X线机下实施经皮穿刺颈椎间盘摘除术的临床资料。结果 78例患者均获得随访,无复发或症状加重。治疗效果:优40例(51.3%),良16例(20.5%),有效17例(21.8%),差5例(6.4%),总有效率93.6%,优良率71.8%。结论经皮穿刺颈椎间盘摘除术能有效解除颈椎间盘突出症的症状和体征,具有操作简单、安全、不破坏椎体的整体结构、手术及住院时间短、恢复快﹑减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担等优点,是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness and clinical significance of percutaneous cervical discectomy.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with cervical disc herniation under C-arm X-ray machine percutaneous cervical discectomy were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results These seventy-eight patients were followed up.There was no recurrence or worse in symptoms,and the therapeutic effect was excellent in 40 cases(51.3%),good in 16 cases(20.5%),effective in 17 cases(21.8%) and poor in 5 cases(6.4%),and the total effective rate was 93.6%,and 71.8% of them were excellent or good.Conclusion Percutaneous cervical discectomy for cervical disc herniation can effectively relieve symptoms and signs,it is simple,safe,non-invassive to overall structure of vertebral body with the advantages of shorter operating time and hospitalization and quicker recovery,and it can alleviate the suffering of patients and economic burden..Percutaneous cervical discetomy is an effective method for treatment of cervical disc herniation.
