83112名出入境人员抗-HCV监测结果报告

目的了解出入境人员抗HCV携带情况,为国境口岸实施传染病检测和控制工作提供科学的参考依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法,对83112名出入境人员抗-HCV携带情况进行检测并分析。结果 83112名出入境人员抗-HCV检出率为19.01/万,低于全国一般人群检出水平。男女间抗-HCV检出率经统计学检验无显著性差异。年龄分布呈＂Z＂字型,低年龄组检出率较高值得引起社会的重视。标化检出率入境人员为境内出境人员检出水平的3.49倍。特别是从事文教卫生职业的入境人员检出率高达89.89/万。因此,做好从事文教卫生职业的入境人员抗-HCV的监测具有十分重要的意义。结论除了性别外,年龄组间、人员类别间及其职业分类、地区间,抗-HCV检出率均有统计学上的显著性差异。低年龄组人员及从事文教卫生职业的入境人员是丙肝防制的重点人群。

Reports on serum anti- HCV surveillance results of 83 112 entry- exit personnel

Objective To learn the serum anti -HCV carried situation of the entry -exit personnel in Jinan dis- trict to provide scientific referanees for carrying out infectious diseases detection and control at frontier port. Methods Test the serum anti - HCV carried situation of 83 112 entry - exit personnel in Jinan district by using the method of ELISA, then statistically analyze the result. Results Anti - HCV detection rate was 19.01 /（ ten thou- sands） for 83 112 entry - exit personnel. It is lower than the common detection rate of our country. And there is no significance difference between male and female. The age distribution shows the ＂Z＂ character. It should be paid attention to the lower age group anti - HCV because of the much highly detection rate. Entry personnel standardized detection rate is 3.49 times than exit personnel. Especially entry culture, education and medical professional＇s per- sons anti- HCV detection rate is 89.89/（ ten thousands） highly. So it has much significance to do well with the anti -HCV detection in these personnel. Conclusion Except sex, there are obvious difference between different age, different person group, different profession and different district personnel. It is very important to the lower a- ges and profession like entry culture, education and medical persons HCV preventing and controlling.
