数字化二维及三维钛网修复颅骨缺损的临床应用分析

摘    要:目的分析二维及三维钛网用于修复颅骨缺损的临床效果。方法回顾分析因颅骨缺损行数字化钛网颅骨修补术患者91例临床资料。结果二维钛网组和三维钛网组患者手术时间基本相同(P〉0.05),但手术费用方面三维钛网组高于二维钛网组(P〈0.01)。数字化二维钛网硬度高,抗碰撞强,患者的满意度高,数字化三维钛网硬度较低,抗碰撞稍差,患者的满意度低于二维钛网组。结论数字化钛网修补颅骨缺损手术时间短,能完全恢复正常解剖,患者的满意度高,数字化二维钛网修补颅骨缺损优于数字化三维钛网。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the features of two-dimensional and three-dimensional titanium mesh in the repair of skull defects so as to better promote full recovery of the patients.Methods Clinical data of 91 patients who underwent cranioplasty due to skull defects was retrospectively analyzed.Results Operation time in two groups was basically the same(P0.05),but the operation cost of patients in three-dimensional titanium mesh group was higher than two-dimensional titanium mesh group(P0.01).Compared with digital three-dimensional titanium mesh,digital two-dimensional titanium mesh showed higher hardness,impact resistance,and patient satisfaction rating.Conclusion Digital titanium mesh repair of skull defects can shorten operation time,allow the full restoration of normal anatomy and improve patient satisfaction.Digital two-dimensional titanium mesh repair of skull defects is better than digital three-dimensional titanium mesh.
