| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞周期素E（CyclinE）在下咽癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测35例下咽癌组织和20例正常下咽黏膜组织中CyclinE的表达情况。结果 （1）CyclinE在下咽癌组织中的阳性表达率为62.9%,明显高于正常下咽黏膜（0）（P〈0.05）。（2）CyclinE蛋白在下咽癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论 CyclinE蛋白的高表达可能促进下咽癌的发生,可以作为下咽癌早期诊断和靶向治疗的重要标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Cyclin E in hypopharynx carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between Cyclin E and clinical pathological factors.Methods The expression of Cyclin E was examined by SP immunohistochemical method in 35 hypopharynx carcinoma specimens and 20 normal hypopharynx mucosa samples.Results（1） The rate of positive expression of Cyclin E in hypopharynx carcinoma was 62.9%,and it was significantly higher than that（0%） of normal hypopharynx mucosa（P〈0.05）.（2）In hypopharynx carcinoma,the expression of Cyclin E protein wasn＇t related to metastasis,clinical stage,pathological grade,tumor size,smoking history and age and sex of patients.Conclusion The high expression of Cyclin E may contribute to carcinogenesis of hypopharynx carcinoma.It can be set as an important marker for earlier diagnosis and target for treatment of hypopharynx cancer. |
