微创清除术治疗脑出血颅内血肿疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨微创手术清除脑出血颅内血肿的临床疗效。方法将83例脑出血患者随机分为微创手术组42例和保守治疗组41例。两组均进行常规保守治疗,微创手术组另于CT下定位血肿位置并进行微创穿刺清除。结果微创手术组总有效率78.57%,显著高于保守治疗组51.21%(P〈0.05)。微创手术组病死率4.76%,平均住院20.3±4.2 d,均显著低于或短于保守治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论 CT定位下微创清除术治疗脑出血颅内血肿疗效显著,值得临床应用与推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive procedure in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty three patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups,minimally invasive treatment group(n=42) and conservative treatment group(n=41).Eighty three patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were given with medicinal treatment,and patients in minimally invasive treatment group were additionally treated by minimally invasive procedure with the help of CT scanning.Results The total effective rate in minimally invasive treatment group was 78.57%,it was significantly different with that(51.21%) of medicinal treatment group(χ2=6.828,P0.05),and the mortality rate in minimally invasive treatment group was 4.76%,and the average time of hospitalization was 20.3±4.2 days,and they were also significantly different with those of conservative treatment group(P0.05).Conclution The clinical effect of minimally invasive procedure in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage is very effective,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
