| 摘 要： | 目的研究慢性肝炎患者使用干扰素（IFN）治疗对甲状腺功能的影响。方法检测276例慢性肝炎患者接受IFN治疗前以及治疗后每3个月的血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、甲状腺素（T4）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺素（TSH）,采用微粒子化学发光法,并收集患者临床资料,分析甲状腺疾病发生情况及其对病情的影响。结果 276例慢性肝炎干扰素治疗后24例出现甲状腺疾病,其中8例甲状腺功能亢进,16例甲状腺功能减低。其中丙肝患者甲状腺疾病发生情况较乙肝多,女性慢性肝炎患者甲状腺疾病的发生情况比男性多。结论慢性肝炎患者应用IFN治疗后存在甲状腺功能的异常,但均不影响干扰素的继续治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate thyroid function changes in patients with chronic hepatitis after treatment with interferon.Methods Serum triiodothyronine（T3）,free triiodothyronine（FT3）,thyroxine（T4）,free thyroxine（FT4）,and thyroid-stimulating hormone（TSH） were measured with chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay in 276 chronic hepatitis patients before and after interferon treatment at every 3 months interval.The impact of interferon on thyroid function was analyzed.Results Thyroid diseases occurred in 24 of 276 patients including hyperthyroidism in 8 patients and hypothyroidism in 16 patients.Conclusion Thyroid function abnormalities occur after interferon treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis,but the abnormalities do not affect the continuation of interferon therapy. |
