罗比卡因在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的应用

目的：对相同浓度的罗比卡因和布比卡因在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的麻醉效果进行比较。方法：64例手外科患者随机分为两组，分别使用25ml0.5%罗比卡因（n=34)和布比卡因（n=30)经锁骨上入路行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，注药后记录麻醉起效时间、感差形成时间、痛觉消失时间、运动阻滞时间和镇痛时间。比较两种药物作用时值的差别。结果：罗比卡因组的起效时间、感差形成时间、痛觉消失时间、运动阻滞时间和镇痛时间。比较两种药物作用时值的差别。结果：罗比卡因组的起效时间、感差形成时间、痛觉消失时间、运动阻滞时间明显短于布比卡因组，而二者的镇痛时间无显著性差异。结论：罗比卡因是一种麻醉起效快、对运动阻滞弱、镇痛时间长的新型局麻药物，在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中可获得满意的麻醉效果。

Application of ropivacaine in brachial plexus block anesthesia

Objective To compare the onset time and effects of the same concentration of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for brachial plexus anesthesia. Method Sixty four adult patients undergoing surgery of hand were allocated randomly to receive brachial plexus anesthesia with 25 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine(34 patients)or 0.5% bupivacaine(30 patients).Record the onset time,hypoesthesia time,analgesia time,motor block time and the duration of the analgesia of two groups. Results There were significant differences in the onset time,hypoesthesia time,analgesia time and motor block time of two groups.But there was no difference in the duration of the analgesia. Conclusion Ropivacaine is a new type local anesthetic with short onset time ,feeble motor block and long analgesia time.
