塞因塞用法治疗老年功能性便秘临床观察

目的]观察应用"塞因塞用"法治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法]选择73例,随机分为两组,治疗组37例用济川煎加味方,对照组36例用福松,2、3月后分别评价临床疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率89.2%,对照组总有效率73.4%,两组比较,P<0.01。结论]济川煎加味的"塞因塞用"法治疗老年功能性便秘具有良好的疗效。

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Jichuan Decoction in Elderly with Functional Constipation by "Obstruction Treated with Tonification" Principle

Objetive] To observe the clinical effect of jichuan decoction in treating elderly functional constipation by ＂obstruction treated with tonification＂ principle. Methods] 73 patients with constipation were randomized into 2 groups,37 in the treatment group,36 in the control group. The treatment group was treat with jichuan decoction, and the control group was treat with fusong. The efficacy of two group was observed in 2 and 3 months respectively. Results]The total effective rate were 89.5% in the treatment group,while they were 73.4% in the control group, showing significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ] Jichuan decoction is effective in the treat of elderly functional constipation by ＂obstruction treated with tonificadon＂ principle.
