| 摘 要： | 目的将压疮预报评估表应用于压疮的预防监控。方法建立压疮预报评估表并进行入院评估,从而采取预防监控措施。结果最大限度地降低了压疮的发生率,促进了出院前压疮的愈合。结论压疮预报评估表应用于压疮的预防监控是科学的管理方法。

| Abstract: | Objectlve To introduce how to use the foretell assessment sheet to predict,prevent and monitor pressure ulcer,Methods The foretell assess- ment sheet for pressure ulcer was designed and applied for hospitalized patients to predict and monitor pressure ulcer,According to the assessment,corre- sponding preventive measures were implemented,Results This practice minimized pressure ulcer rate and promoted the healing of pressure ulcer before discharge,Conclusions The foretell assessment sheet for pressure ulcer is proved to be a scientific management method in the prevention and monitoring of pressure ulcer. |
