品管圈活动在降低基层精防人员培训早退率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动对降低基层精防人员培训早退率的效果。方法于2014年8月-2015年2月在青岛市精神卫生中心社会防治科成立品管圈活动小组,发放调查问卷并对活动主题进行要因分析,制定并落实质量改进措施,比较开展品管圈活动前后精防人员培训的早退率。结果开展品管圈活动前,基层精防人员培训的早退率为12.3%,开展品管圈活动后,早退率为5.4%,开展品管圈前后早退率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.37,P0.05)。结论品管圈活动有效地降低了基层精防人员培训的早退率,提高了科室员工的持续质量管理意识。

Effect of quality control circle on reducing the rate of leaving early in the training of the basic spirit prevention and control personnel

Objective To assess the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on reducing the rate of leaving early in the training of the basic spirit prevention and control personnel. Methods QCC team was established in department of social prevention of Qingdao Mental Health Center from August 2014 to February 2015. The analysis of factors of the activities theme was carried out through questionnaire. We developed and implemented the quality improvement measures,and compared the rate of leaving early in the training before and after the QCC activities. Results Before carrying out QCC activities,the rate of leaving early in the training was 12. 3% , and 5. 4% after QCC activities. The differences before and after QCC activities was statistically significant(χ2 = 4. 37,P < 0. 05).Conclusion QCC activities reduce the rate of leaving early in the training of the basic spirit prevention and control personnel,and improve the awareness of continuous quality management for staffs.
