恶性淋巴瘤患者血清Leptin及NO水平变化

目的：探讨恶性淋巴瘤患者血清瘦素及一氧化氮（NO）的水平变化。方法：采用RIA法、硝酸还原酶法对30例恶性淋巴瘤患者和3例正常对照进行瘦素及NO测定。结果：30例初治恶性淋巴瘤患者瘦素低于正常水平（P＜0．05），早晚期有明显差异（P＜0．05），缓解后瘦素水平上升，但仍低于正常对照（P＜0．05）；NO水平明显高于正常对照（P＜0．05），早晚期无明显差异（P＞0．05），治疗缓解后NO与正常对照组无明显差别（P＞0．05）。结论：肿瘤的发病是多种机制的，瘦素及NO可能与恶性淋巴瘤发病有关，并可能为其临床分期及疗效判断的有效指标。

Serum Leptin and NO Level Changes in Patients with Malignant Lymphoma

Objective To study the changes of serum leptin and NO levels in patients with malignant lymphoma. Methods The leptin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and the NO levels were determined by nitric acid reduction method in 30 patients with lymphoma and 30 controls. Results The serum leptin levels in patients before freatwent were lower than those in the controls significantly ( p <0 05); The levls in early stages patients were different from those in late stages ( p <0 05). The levels in 18 patients during remission (affer treatment) were increased but still lower than those in the controls ( p <0 05)? The levels of NO in the patients were higher than those of controls ( p <0 05) but there were no idfferences between the patients of different stages ( p >0 05). During remission, NO levels approched normal ( p >0 05). Conclusion leptin and NO may be related to the course of lymphoma and dtermination of which may reflect the stage of disease and therapentic effect.
