功能性消化不良体表胃电图变化及多番立酮对其疗效评价

目的 :观察功能性消化不良 (FD)患者空腹体表胃电图变化 ,同时观察多番立酮对其疗效的评价。方法 :5 0例具有上腹隐痛、腹胀、嗳气、呕吐等症状 ,但电子胃镜及肝胆胰B超检查均未发现阳性病变者 ,诊断为FD。多番立酮 ,10mg/次 ,3次 /d ,共 2周。所有病人于治疗前后均进行胃电图描记 ,并进行比较分析。结果 :74% (37/5 0 )的FD患者空腹体表胃电图异常 ,表现为过速或过缓。服用多番立酮后 ,36例FD患者 (72 % ,36 /5 0 )临床症状获得改善。同时其体表空腹胃电图正常化率亦明显提高 (70 %VS 2 6 %P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃电节律紊乱可能是导致FD临床症状的主要原因。多番立酮可明显改善FD患者临床症状和提高其体表胃电图正常化率

CUTANEOUS ELECTROGASTROGRAPH AND THE THERAPEUTIC EFF ICACY OF DOMPERIDONE IN PATIENTS WITH FUNCTIONAL DYSPEPSIA

Objective: To investigate the cutaneous electrogastrograph (EGG) in the patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of domperidone on FD.Methods:Patients with postprandial abdominal pain, belch, vomitting and so on, were enrolled to our observation trial. The diagnosis of FD was obtained when no positive findings were available after the gastroendoscopy and sonograph examination of liver and pancreas. Domperidone was given orally in the patients with FD at the dose of 10mg, three times daily.After two weeks of therapy,the clinical manifestations were evaluated.The fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph was analyzed before and after the treatment.Results:The abnormality of fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph is very common in the patients with FD (74%,37/50). Tachygastria or bradygastria were present in the patients with gastric dysrhythmias. The clinical symptoms, such as postprandial abdominal pain, belch,vomitting etc. were alleviated or disappeared in our clinical trial (72%,36/50).At the same time the normalization of fasting cutaneous electrogastrograph was improved significantly after the therapy (70% VS 26% P<0.05). Conclusions:Gastric dysrhythmias is likely to be responsible for the clinical symptoms in patients with FD. Domperidone is the effective drug in treatment of FD, and it can improve the normalization of the EGG in patients with FD.
