半夏药材鉴别成分的研究

摘    要:目的 :寻找和确定半夏药材中的鉴别成分。方法 :应用TLC ,HPLC等方法对半夏药材及其同科易混药材和常配伍应用的药材进行各提取物的比较 ,并经HPLC制备 ,得到了半夏药材的鉴别成分。运用理化常数测定和光谱分析技术鉴定了结构。结果 :半夏药材的鉴别成分为次黄嘌呤核苷。结论 :次黄嘌呤核苷为半夏药材的鉴别成分 ,该成分在半夏药材中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To look for and determine the d is tinctive compound in Pinellia ternata. Method: With T LC, HPLC, the distinctive compound was found and obtained by using the method of HPLC preparation. Its structure was elucidated by spectral analysis and physico -chemical properties. Result: The compound was identifie d as inosine. Conclusion: Inosine is the distinctive compo und in Rhizome of P. ternata, and it was isolated from Banxia for the first time.
