成人继发性高血压100例临床分析

目的对成人继发性高血压患者的病因、代谢紊乱状况进行回顾性分析，旨在为临床诊治提供依据。方法资料来源于2008年9月～2012年12月在我院高血压专科住院的成人继发性高血压100例，进行资料详细调查与分析。结果病因主要为肾性高血压，其次为肾实质性高血压、内分泌性高血压、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等。合并脂代谢紊乱者为66例，多为高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症等；糖代谢紊乱20例，其中2型糖尿病18例；高尿酸血症与高同型半胱氨酸血症各7例。结论成人继发性高血压相对少见，多为肾性高血压，多伴随有血脂与血糖代谢紊乱，要加强综合治疗与干预。

The Clinical Analysis on 100 Cases of Adult Secondary Hypertension

Objective Retrospectively analyzed the cause of adult patients with secondary hypertension and their meta- bolic disorders status, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The data of the 100 cases a- dult patients with secondary hypertension patients was from the hypertension specialist hospital of our hospital between Sep. 2008 and Dec. 2012. The detailed data was analyzed. Results The cause of the disease was mainly the renal hy- pertension, follwed by renal essential hypertension, endocrine hypertension, and sleep apnea syndrome and so on. The patients with combined lipid metabolism disorder was 66 cases, and mostly for hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceri- demia. Moreover, glucose metabplism disorder was 20 cases, including 18 cases of type 2 diabetes, 7 cases of hyperuri- cemia and hyperhomocysteinemia respectively. Conclusions Aduh secondary hypertension is relatively rare, which is mostly renal hypertension, and mostly accompanied by blood lipids and blood glucose metabolism disorders. It is neces- sary to strengthen the comprehensive treatment and intervention.
