前列腺电切患者选择不同时机拔除留置尿管的护理观察

目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后患者拔除尿管的最佳时机。方法86例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后留置导尿管的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组选择在患者膀胱充盈时拔除尿管，随即排尿。对照组选择在患者膀胱空虚时拔除尿管，待下次再度充盈时排尿。比较两组患者在拔除尿管后的自行排尿情况。结果选择膀胱充盈时拔除尿管的观察组患者，拔除导尿管后，自行排尿率明显高于对照组，而诱导排尿率和排尿失败率明显低于对照组，两组间有显著性的统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论选择膀胱充盈时拔除尿管，能提高经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后患者的自行排尿成功率。

Observation and Nursing Care of Patients with Different Timing of Transure- thral Resection of the Prostate Indwelling Catheter Removal

Objective To explore the optimal time of transurethral resection of prostate in patients after catheter remov- al. Methods 86 cases of urinary catheter after transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each. The observation group were chosen in patients with bladder filling cathe- ter, then micturition. The control group were chosen in patients with bladder empty catheter, the next re filling micturi- tion. The two groups were compared in the self voiding after removal of catheter. Results The bladder filling catheter re- moval of the patients in the observation group, after removal of the catheter, micturition was significantly higher than that in control group, while the induced urination and urinary failure rate was significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The choice of a full bladder catheter re- moval, can improve the transurethral resection of the prostate of patients after the success rate of micturation.
