病理性瘢痕中c-myc原癌基因的表达

摘    要:目的探讨原癌基因c-myc的表达与病理性瘢痕形成的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测c-myc蛋白在增生 性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩和正常皮肤组织中的表达和分布,并用图像定量分析比较其差异。结果在增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的 成纤维细胞中c-myc蛋白呈强阳性表达,与正常皮肤对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论增生性瘢痕与瘢痕疙瘩中 c-myc蛋白表达升高提示存在c-myc原癌基因的激活,c-myc原癌基因可能参与了成纤维细胞的分化增殖、胶原合成与 降解以及对细胞因子的调控,并导致瘢痕增生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of c-myc proto-oncogene and the formation of pathological keloid. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the expression and distribution of c-myc proteins in hypertrophic scars, keloids and normal skin, which were quantified by image quantitative analysis and compared. Results The expression of c-myc in the fibroblasts in hypertrophic and keloid scars was significantly higher than that in the fibroblasts in normal skin, but no statistical difference between the 2 groups was observed. Conclusion The elevated expression in the hypertrophic scars and the keloids scars indicates the activation of c-myc oncogene, which may contribute to the proliferation and differentiation of the fibroblasts and may participate in the synthesis and degradation of collagen, the regulation of cytokines and the formation of scars.
