陈氏狸殖吸虫光镜及电镜结构观察

摘    要:目的观察陈氏狸殖吸虫各期形态结构特征。方法从陈氏狸殖吸虫流行区采集溪蟹.分离并观察囊蚴形态.感染实验动物描及大鼠.90~112d剖杀动物,回收虫体,进行形态学观察。结果陈氏狸殖吸虫主要形态特征为:龚蚴的囊壁为单层、平均大小为0.445mm×0.440mm、蚴体与囊壁间可见空隙;后尾蚴的排泄囊为长袋形;戒虫宽长比例为1:2.44~1:3.2,腹吸盘大于口吸盘,卵巢有中心体、指状分叶,睾丸呈长形分叶、长度约为体长16,体棘匆混生型;虫卵多数略不对称。结论陈氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴及成虫形态具有特征性,其囊蚴大小及囊壁晏数、成虫卵巢形态及体棘组成与排列在虫种鉴别中具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the morphologic features of P. cheni. Methods The metacercariae are obtained from crabs in epidemic area of P. cheni and are inoculated to experimental animals, cat and rat,after observing morphologic features. These animals are dissected in 90--112 days for collecting the imagoes. The morphologic features are studied and described. Results The morphologic features of P. cheni are described as follows:The lay- er of metacercaria is single and it,s average size is 0. 445min× 0. 440mm and there is space between it,s larva and side. The shape of excretory bladder is like a long pocket. The breadth length ratio of imago is 1 : 2.44 1 1 : 3 . 2 .The ventral sucker is larger than the oral sucker. The ovary has centriol, and it, s shape is like fingers. The spermary is long,and it,s length is about 1/6 of the body. The skin spines are mixed. Most of eggs are not symmetric. Conclusion Morphologic features of metacercaria and imago of P. cheni are special. The size and the layer of metacercaria,the shape of ovary and the arrangement of skin spines of P. cheni is important in identifying the type of Paragonimus.
