| 摘 要： | 目的研究血管紧张素转换酶基因型与原发性高血压患者诊所血压、24h动态血压的相关关系。方法用PCR方法检测324例汉族原发性高血压患者ACEG．并做24h动态血压监测。结果各基因型组的诊所脉压(cPP)、24h脉压(PP)、24h收缩压(SBP)、24h舒张压(DBP)无显著差异，而诊所收缩压(cSBP)、诊所舒张压(cDBP)则差异显著。结论ACEG与原发性高血压患者的诊所收缩压、诊所舒张压有相关关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation of polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene with blood pressure index in essential hypertension (EH).Methods ACEG was determined by means of PCR in 324 patients with EH.24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) was measured.Analysis of variance was used to evaluate the differences of BP among the three genotypes (II,ID,DD).Results ABP had no significant difference (P>0.05) among the three genotypes.However,the CBP parameters had significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion The data suggested that ACE gene I/D polymorphism is correlated with the patterns of BP,and ABP is more affected than CBP by polymorphism. |
