| 摘 要： | 尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物不仅存在于正常的乳腺组织中,同时还存在于乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌及卵巢癌等肿瘤组织中。本文旨在通过对尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物在女性乳腺癌中的研究进展的阐述,更多地了解尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物与癌细胞浸润转移的关系及其可能的作用机制。

| Abstract: | uPA system are found not only in the normal breast tissue,but also in tumor tissue including breast cancer,endometrial cancer,cervical cancer and ovary cancer.This article reviews progresses of uPA in breast cancer in order to understand the relationship between uPA and invasion as well as matastasis of tumor cell and i possible mechanism among them. |
