| 摘 要： | 目的观察柴胡平喘方对咳嗽变异性哮喘的止咳功效。方法将93例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成治疗组48例和对照组45例。分别运用柴胡平喘方和小青龙合剂治疗,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组总有效率为89.58%;对照组为37.78%(P<0.01)。结论柴胡平喘方对咳嗽变异性哮喘有确切止咳功效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Chaihu Pingchuan Decoction" in treating childhood coughing variant asthma.Method Ninety-three subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 48 cases were treated by "Chaihu Pingchuan Decoction" and control group in which 45 cases were treated by "Xiaoqinglong Mixture".Result The total effective rate was 89.58% in treatment group and 37.78% in control group,P < 0.01.Conclusion This Decoction has positive effect on coughing variant asthma. |
