起搏器安装术后患者局部沙袋加压的疗效观察

目的 为进一步探讨沙袋压迫对防止安装起搏器术后囊代出血的价值。方法 将１９８９年９月￣１９９３年１１月安装起搏器的５４例患术后局部加压沙代为对照组，１９９３年１２月￣２０００年１月安装起搏器的８４例患为观察组，术后囊代局部不用沙袋压迫。结果 对照组并发囊袋出血３例，囊袋皮肤坏死１例；观察组无１例囊袋出血和皮肤坏死。结论 提示起搏器安装术后局部用沙袋压迫不一定能防止术后囊袋出血，只要术中止血彻底

Observation of the Clinical Effecs of Local Sandbag Pressing after Pacemaker Implantation

Objective WT6BZ]To study the clinical value of sandbag in sack hemorrhage of pacemaker implantation.Methods 54 patients with sandbag pressing after pacemaker implantation from September 1989 to November 1993 as control group;84 patients without sandbag pressing after pacemaker from December 1993 to January 2000 as study group.Results There were 3 cases of sack hemorrhage and 1 case of sack skin necrosis in the control group,and there was no sack hemorrhage and skin necrosis in the study group.Conclusions It was concluded that sandbag pressing was not necessary to prevent from sack hemorrhage after pacemaker implantation,and sandbags might not be necessary to press sack with hemostosis complete and without hemorrhgenic diseases.
