颌面部手术患者术晨血压变化分析

目的 分析颌面外科手术患术晨血压升高的原因，了解术前口服安定或进行系统的心理护理是否对血压有稳定作用。方法 将１０１例患这服药组、心理护理组及对照组。心理护理组２９例患，术前进行系统的心理护理；服药组２２例，在术前晚给予安定５ｍｇ口服；对照组５０例患，不作任何处理。测入院后３天及术晨血压，并将各组术晨血压变化结果进行统计学分析。结果 术前进行系统的心理护理或术前晚口服安定的患术晨血压基本

Analysis to Preoperative Maxillofacial Patients of Blood Pressure Fluctuation

Objective WT6BZ]To analyze the reasons the maxillofacial patients blood pressure increase at the operation morning,find out whether give systematic psychological nursing before operation or give Tranquilizer 5mg PO to the patients at preoperative night could make the blood pressure preserved stable.Methods 101 cases of preoperative maxillofacial patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,medical group,psychological nursing group and control group.Medical group were given Tranquilizer 5mg PO at preoperative night,psychological nursing group were received systematic psychological nursing before operation.The blood pressure was measured for 3 days after the patients were in hospital and at the operating morning,then analyzed the blood pressure fluctuating range,the result was given statistics analyse.Results The blood pressure in the medical group and psychological nursing group was stable,whereas the blood pressure in more control patients was increased at the operation morning.Conclutions Giving systematic psychological nursing before operation or gave Tranquilizer 5mg PO to the patients at preoperative night could make the blood pressure preserved stable.
