| 摘 要： | 目的:为迷路进路涉及到颈静脉球提供显微外科解剖学的数据资料。方法:选用固定后的成人标本进行了迷路进路的模拟手术,并进行了显微测量和观察。结果:乙状窦中段的宽度:左:8.89mm,右:9.08mm;颈静脉球高度:左6.78mm,右:9.07mm;颈静脉球顶到内听道底的平均距离:左:5.93mm,右:2.65mm。结论:左、右侧颈静脉球形态学有不同,颈静脉球顶到内听道底的平均距离左右侧也不同。

| Abstract: | Objective:To obtain more detailed microsurgical anatomic data about jugular bulb for translabyrithine approach surgery. Methods:Twenty cadaver heads (40 sides) fixed with formalin were dissected by mimicking translabyrithine approach under the microscope,and measurement was performed. Results:The width of the middle part of sigmoid was:the left 8.89 mm, the right 9.08 mm. The height of jugular bulb was: the left 6.78 mm, the right 9.07 mm The distance between the highest point of jugular bulb and the base of internal acoustic meatus was the left 5 .93 mm, the right 2.65 mm. Conclusion:There are differences of jugular bulb between 2 sides. The two sides distance between the highest point of jugular bulb and the base of internal acoustic meatus is not the same. |
