| 摘 要： | 目的研究乌头总生物碱的提取工艺,优化得到乌头总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件。方法分别采用回流法、索氏法、碱化索氏法、超声波法4种提取方法提取乌头总生物碱,根据正交实验的得率,优化乌头总生物碱的提取工艺条件;结果碱化索氏法提取为最佳方法,最佳提取条件是提取溶剂氯仿,体积为250 m l,提取时间为5h。结论碱化索氏法提取具有提取时间短、产率高、简单等优点。
