| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌P53 、C erbB - 2的关系。方法 应用Warthin -Starry染色法检测幽门螺杆菌 ,免疫酶组化SP法检测P53 、C -erbB - 2基因蛋白。结果 Hp感染率在胃癌和癌前病变组中均高于对照组 ,而前两组差异无显著性 ,Hp感染与C erbB 2过度表达有关。P53 仅在胃癌组织中表达 ,Hp感染者与P53 过度表达有关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Hp感染可能作为促进剂使P53 失活及C -erbB - 2基因激活 ,说明Hp感染在胃癌发生中起一定作用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between expressions of the P 53 and C-erbB-2 Oncoprotein in gastric carcinoma and helicobacter pylori. Methods Hp(Helicobacter pylori)was delected by Warthin-starry method and P 53 and C-erbB-2 protein were detected by immunohisto-chemical(SP)method.Results The frequency of Hp lesions was significantly higher than that in the controls. Hp infection correlated with expressions of C-erbB-2 protein in gastric carcinoma and its precursors. P 53 protein was expressed only in gastric carcinoma,and its expression level was higher in the presance than in the absence of Hp infection ( P <0 05).Conclusion Hp might act as atumon promoter to cease the P 53 and to excite the C-erbB-2 in the occurance of the gastric carcinoma. |
