大鼠脊髓来源神经干细胞NgR的表达

摘    要:目的:检测大鼠脊髓来源神经干细胞Nogo-66受体(NgR)是否表达。方法:悬浮培养法培养大鼠脊髓来源的神经干细胞,形成神经球后,以免疫荧光法鉴定神经干细胞并检测NgR的表达情况。结果:神经球及单个神经干细胞均显著表达NgR。结论:NgR在脊髓神经发育的干细胞阶段即开始表达。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the expression of Nogo-66 receptor(NgR) in neural stem cells derived from rat spinal cord.Methods: Immunofluorescence method was used to identify the neural stem cells and detect the expression of NgR after the suspension culture of neural stem cells obtained from rat spinal cord.Results: Both neurospheres and single neural stem cell expressed NgR significantly.Conclusion: NgR is expressed from the stem cell phase during the development of spinal cord.
