| 摘 要： | 在诸多肺部慢性疾病如支气管哮喘、肺间质纤维化及慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等疾病的发生、发展中均存在呼吸道重塑。呼吸道重塑是指呼吸道上皮下纤维化、基质改变以及呼吸道平滑肌层肥厚等呼吸道壁结构改变。基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与呼吸道重塑密切相关,本文就MMP-9来源、生物学特性、调节以及与这三种疾病的关系简要综述。

| Abstract: | Airway remodeling is present in the process of mang lung chronic diseases,such as asthma,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Airway remodeling involves mang changes of airway structure,including subepithelial fibrosis in airway,alteratian of lung extracellular matrix and incrassation of airway smooth muscle.Matrix Metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) is significantly associated with airway remodeling.This article reviews MMP-9 about its source,biologic characteristics,modulation and its relationship with the three kinds of disease mentined above. |
