| 摘 要： | 应用链菌素亲生物－过氧化物酶法检测４４例乳腺癌的雌激素与孕激素受体，观察它们的临床病理特征。结果表明；两种受体的阳性率均随组织分级的增高而降低；患者淋巴结受累数目越少，雌激素与孕激素受体阳性率越高。

| Abstract: | Paraffin-embedded materials from 44 patients with breast cancer were assayedfor the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) with streptavidin-Bi-in method. The results results showed that there were 36 ER and 31 PR positive cases among all cancers examined. A significant Positive correlation was found betwcell MR. PR stattls and cell differentiation or lymph node status. The positive rate of estrogen receptor and progestogen receptor in breast cancer of hyperdifferentiation was higher. |
