还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎58例疗效观察

目的：观察还原型谷胱甘肽（商品名：阿拓莫兰）对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法：116例慢性乙型肝炎患者按随机抽样方法分为治疗组58例，对照组58例。对照组采用甘草酸二胺注射液（甘利欣）、维生素等静脉滴注；治疗组在此基础上加用阿拓莫兰1．2g静脉滴注，每日1次治疗，疗程30天。观察症状、体征及治疗前后监测肝功指标。结果：对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎治疗组肝功能指标改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗有效率也较对照组高（P〈0．05）。结论：阿拓莫兰是一种重要的抗氧化剂，能维护肝细胞膜稳定性，可作为病毒性肝炎治疗用药。

Clinical Efficacy of Reduced Glutathione for Chronic Hepatitis B: Analysis of 58 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Reduced Glutathione for chronic hepatitis B. METHODS： 116 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly assigned to receive Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection and Vitamins iv gtt alone （control group, n = 58） or in combination with Reduced Glutathione at dose of 1 200 mg q. d for 30 days （treatment group, n = 58）. The symptoms and signs and hepatic biochemical index were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS ： The improvement of hepatic biochemical index of chronic hepatitis B in the treatment group was better than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the effective rate was also higher than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： Reduced Glutathione is an important antioxidant, which contributes to the stability of hepatocellular membrane. Therefore, it can be applied to treat chronic hepatitis B clinically.
