| 摘 要： | 目的了解心理干预对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对精神分裂症患者60例，随机分成心理干预组和对照组，就住院时间、预后等情况进行调查．时获得的资料分类汇总．进行统计学分析。结果心理干预的患者．依从性好，预后好。结论心理干预对精神分裂症患者依从性有明显改善作用。在临床工作中应加强对患者及其家属的心理干预，提高其依从性，减少病情复发，有利于改善其社会功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand effect of the psychological intervention on patients with schizophrenia treatment compliance impact.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into psychological intervention group and the control group,the duration of hospitalization,the prognosis survey conducted on the information obtained classified summary,the results were statistically analyzed.Results Psychological intervention patients,compliance,and better prognosis.Conclusion Psychological intervention on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia have significantly improved.In clinical work should be strengthened and their families with the psychological intervention,improve their compliance and reduce disease recurrence and improve its social function |
