泉州市老年2型糖尿病患者血清甘油三酯与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值与大血管并发症相关性研究

目的探讨福建省泉州市老年2型糖尿病患者空腹血清甘油三酯与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值与大血管并发症患病率的关系。方法对泉州市600例60岁以上的老年2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血压和体重指数等指标进行综合研究。结果单因素直线相关分析提示：血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖尿病病程、体重指数等因素与血清甘油三酯／高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值水平呈正相关关系（P〈0．05）；多因素逐步回归法提示影响血清甘油三酯／高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值的主要因素有空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖尿病病程及体重指数（P〈0．05）。结论空腹血清甘油三酯／高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值是反映2型糖尿病血管并发症发生的一个可靠的指标。

The study of association between the ratio of serum triglyceride to high density lipoprotein cholesterol and macrovascular complications in aged type 2 diabetes in Quanzhou

Objective: To study the association between the ratio of serum triglyceride to high density lipoprotein cholesterol(TG/HDLC) and macrovascular complications in aged type 2 diabetes in Quanzhou.Methods: Investigation was made into such indexes as fasting blood glucose(FBG),posty prandial blood glucose(PBG),fastingTG,HDLC,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC),TC,blood pressure(BP) and body mass index(BMI) of 600 above-60-aged type 2 diabetes in Quanzhou.Results: Single-factor linear correlation analysis showed that FBG,PBG,TC,LDLC,duration of DM and BMI had positive correlation with TG/HDLC ratio(P<0.05);Multiple factor stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting TG/HDLC ratio were FBG,TC,LDLC,BMI and duration of DM(P<0.05).Conclusion: TG/HDLC ratio can reliably indicate the occurrence of macrovascular complications.
